Formed over 50 years ago, Chinese Student Association (CSA) is a Registered Student Organization at the University of Washington. We are an entirely student-led group dedicated towards improving cultural awareness on campus as well as providing support for those who come from a common background. Our purpose is to encourage a greater awareness of Chinese culture and community, to harbor the Chinese identity, to initiate social interactions, to be an avenue for community service, and to promote a friendly and purposeful relationship within the university and the community at large.

CSA is also a registered 510(c)3 nonprofit organization registered in the State of Washington. We are proud to offer services that support individuals and communities that span across Seattle and Washington State. We strive to uphold community values and foster opportunities for cultural celebration and exploration of Chinese and Chinese American identity.
